An Awesome Soup

Thought I would post a link to this recipe for Sweet Potato and Hominy Stew. I really love this stew. It is hearty, delicious, and different. It is also pretty easy to make. Not slow cooker easy, but easy. I made this while my parents were here and my dad really liked it... So- mom this post is for you! Make the soup for dad sometime:)
